Return & Exchange Policy
We take great care in preparing and delivering your floral arrangements to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team immediately upon delivery, photographic proof will be required. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
Perishable Goods:
